About Nicola Weyer.

South-African born Australian actor Nicola Weyer graduated from Queensland University of Technology’s with a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Drama) in 2022.

She is an emerging actor who has performed in, and co-produced, the all-female production of BackDock Art’s Next of Kin, in which she played the role of Evie.

From initial training in the discipline of theatre, Nicola has more recently been focused on broadening her skillset from stage to screen, working closely with The Warehouse Workshop Acting Studio’s showreel course in 2023.

With her minor in Film and Television, cultural emersion and life experiences across 5 continents, Nicola is a natural storyteller, enjoying adapting her diverse life experiences to short stories and screenplays.

Nicola’s multidisciplinary approach enables her to showcase her talent as a ‘social chameleon’ on both screen and stage, delivering colourful and robust performances and always striving to inspire imagination and captivate her audience with novel interpretations.
